Easy Transfer of your Domain

Online Solutions easy transfer program makes moving your domain to our servers a breeze, whether its: .com, .net, .biz, .info, multi-lingual or any of the current available extensions!

If your website is currently active on another server, uptime during the transfer period is of utmost importance to your business. Our 7 step program will ensure that your business has no downtime during the period when you move your website to our servers.

  1. Select a Online Solutions package for your business.
  2. Open your site using our online order form. Online Solutions will setup your account and provide you with an IP number to host your site.
  3. If you request so when you open your account, Online Solutions contacts Network Solutions, or your third party registrar, immediately to transfer your domain.
  4. Upload your existing website using your new IP number. If you need assistance, please email our support team!
  5. Make sure that you create email boxes with the web control panel that match the email boxes you used at your old provider. This is to ensure you have no lost email during the transfer period.
  6. Network Solutions, or your third party registrar, will then contact you via email for your approval. Do not approve the transfer until you are satisfied your website is working on your new IP numbers and you have created email boxes that match the boxes you presently use.
  7. Reply to Network Solutions, or your third party registrar, and authorize the transfer of your domain name. The propagation of your modified domain info on our servers will take up to 1- 5 days, after which you may close your former web hosting account!

Online Solutions can host any international domain name (i.e. - .cc, .ca, .es, .us, uk, .au, de, .fr, .jp, .br, .mx, .sg, etc.) on our network! Please note that all international domains are responsible for transferring their domains to our network. Please contact us at domreg@onsol.com
